Our New Designs

Finally have some new designs available in the Web store. The cutest designs. Also thinking about carrying a slightly smaller version of these one sized diapers. Would love to have your opinions. Do these diapers work perfectly for you or would you like to have something tailored a bit smaller for your newborn - 1 year old? Also, have been toying with the idea of stocking fitted diapers and covers... I would like to be a one stop shop for all your diapering needs. What do you think? Any ideas for what you would like to see Bottoms for Babies stock?

Caring for Diaper Rash

When I first started putting together my cloth diaper business. I knew I wanted to be able to create a wonderful line of products to go with the diapers I was selling. There was a lot of trial and error. Creams that were too thick or too thin. Learning about the bases and what would help my baby’s skin. Most importantly, something that worked for diaper rash. I am beyond pleased with our diaper cream and our rash care stick. They fight diaper rash on so many levels. Creating a barrier that is breathable and that moisture does not penetrate. A barrier that doesn't just sit there. With the heat of your baby’s body it spreads easily without a great white paste smearing on everything. And because of what they are made of they have natural yeast fighting properties. A big plus in my book. Especially for all the little girls out there. All this and it washes completely clean of your cloth diapers. Isn't that great? I hope you'll join me in my appreciation for these products.

Love My Cloth Diapers

I'm excited to help people start on cloth diapers. Too many people decide not to cloth diaper because of what I call the "Eww Factor" lol. But I promise, it's super easy and when you've done it a few times you think to yourself " Wow, I could have thrown my money away on disposables because I never knew how easy this was". It really only takes a few minor adjustments to how you are already doing things. And your washing mashine does most of the work. Don't worry, your machine won't be gross after you use it to wash diapers. It will be just as clean and fresh as the diapers you just washed in it :)
